Refund Policy
Since our services are tailored to individual projects and involve significant resource allocation, we do not offer refunds once development work has commenced or milestones have been delivered.
No refunds will be issued for services already rendered or milestones achieved.
If a project is canceled by the client before work begins, only any advance payment, minus administrative fees, will be refundable.
We strive to ensure client satisfaction by involving clients at every stage of the development process.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel a project, the following conditions apply:
Cancellations must be requested in writing via email to contact@software-savants.com.
For ongoing projects, all work completed up to the point of cancellation will be billed accordingly.
Any expenses or third-party costs incurred by us on your behalf will be charged in full.
